1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Bread Boxes: Must be returned in original packaging. If you have already assembled the box, please ensure it is disassembled carefully and repacked with all screws and the provided screwdriver to avoid damage during transit.
• Knife Blocks: Due to the nature of kitchen hygiene, knife blocks must be unused and free of any debris or markings.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• In "as-new" resalable condition.
• Packed securely in the original Homefully Co packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items (The "Arrived Safe" Promise)

We take great pride in our "Secure Packaging." However, if your bread box bamboo panels arrive cracked or your knife block is damaged during transit, we will make it right.

• Please inspect your order upon receipt.
• If there is damage, email support@homefullyco.com within 7 days with photos of the damage and the shipping box.
• We will send out replacement parts (e.g., a new door or side panel) or a full replacement at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

• Change of Mind: As a small Australian business, we cannot cover return shipping for change-of-mind purchases. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
• Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will provide a pre-paid return label if the item is deemed faulty or if you received the wrong color (Black vs. White).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
