Why double layer

Two shelves. Room for everyone's bread.

  • Two shelves: sourdough on one, sliced bread, rolls and wraps on the other.
  • A board in the middle: the shelf lifts out as a bamboo chopping board. Slice, serve, slide it back.
  • One roll-top door: everything goes behind it, so the bench stays clear.

"My sourdough loaf is kept on the top shelf for a whole week, and the sliced and gluten free live on the bottom shelf. Winner!"
