Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Australia.
How fast is shipping?
Standard shipping is free and takes 3 to 8 business days. Express is $14.95 and takes 2 to 4 business days. We pack every order ourselves.
Is there a deal for buying more?
Buy 2 bread boxes and save 10%, applied in the cart. The bundle has its own saving, so the two don't stack.
Something is missing from my box.
Sorry about that. Email support@homefullyco.com with your order number and we'll send the missing part as soon as we can.
My order arrived damaged.
Email support@homefullyco.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the damage and the shipping box. We'll send a replacement part or a whole new one, free.
My order still hasn't arrived.
Couriers sometimes take longer than usual. Email us your order number and we'll track down exactly where it is.
The bread box
Will it fit under my cupboards?
It's 38cm wide, 36cm high and 25cm deep. If the gap between your bench and the cupboards above is more than 36cm, it fits.
How much bread does it hold?
Up to 4 loaves across the two shelves. Taller loaves like sourdough suit one shelf; sliced bread, rolls and wraps suit the other.
Does it keep my bread fresh?
Bread keeps best closed in at room temperature, away from light, which is what a bread box does. It isn't airtight, so it slows mould rather than stopping it. How long bread lasts depends on the bread.
White or Black?
Same bread box, same price. White has a white frame and handle; Black has a black frame and handle. Both have the natural bamboo door. The bundle comes with White.
How long does assembly take?
About 5 minutes with the screwdriver in the box. See the step-by-step instructions.
The door feels stiff. What do I do?
Bamboo is a natural material, so the door can feel firm at first. Rub a little coconut oil into the grooves and it glides. If it still sticks, email us and we'll send a replacement part.
Is it a sustainable product?
It's made from food-grade bamboo, and giving bread a proper home means less of it gets thrown away.
Can I use it for other things?
Plenty of customers do. We've seen it used for snacks, vitamins and even medical supplies.
The knife block
Will my chef's knife fit?
Blades up to 19cm (7.5") sit fully in. A 20cm blade sits about 1cm proud, and 24cm knives and cleavers won't fit.
How many knives does it hold?
Eight in the two main rows, plus steak knives across the narrow top slots.
Does it come with knives?
No, it's sold empty so your own knives fit.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry. Shake out any crumbs from the slots now and then.
Will it move when I pull a knife out?
It's heavy, with rubber feet underneath, so it stays put.
Does it match the bread box?
Yes, same bamboo and the same white. Get both in the Homefully Bundle and save $13.80.
Returns
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Bread boxes go back in their original packaging; if you've built it, take it apart and pack the screws and screwdriver too. Knife blocks must be unused. Read the full returns policy.
Who pays for return postage?
For a change of mind, you do: we're a small Australian business and can't cover it. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong colour, we send you a prepaid label.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we email you. The refund reaches your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
I bought it on Amazon. How do I return it?
Orders placed on Amazon are returned through Amazon. Start the return from your Amazon orders page.
