We want you to love your new bread box or knife block. If it isn't the right fit for your home, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.
The 30-day money back guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to ask for a return.
- Bread boxes go back in their original packaging. If you've already built it, take it apart carefully and pack it with all the screws and the screwdriver, so nothing is damaged on the way.
- Knife blocks must be unused, with no crumbs or marks, for kitchen hygiene.
What we can take back

- Packed securely in the original Homefully packaging
- With proof of purchase
Arrived damaged? We'll make it right.
We pack every order carefully, but if a bamboo panel arrives cracked or your knife block is damaged in transit, we'll fix it.
- Check your order when it arrives.
- Email support@homefullyco.com within 7 days, with photos of the damage and the shipping box.
- We'll send replacement parts, like a new door or side panel, or a full replacement, at no cost to you.
Return postage
Change of mind: as a small Australian business, we can't cover return postage. You pay to send the item back to our warehouse.
Faulty or wrong item: if it's faulty, or you received the wrong colour (Black instead of White, or the other way round), we send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
When your return arrives, we check it and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
